Face Procedures
Some of the most visible signs of aging are reflected in the face; the tired, sad or angry appearance, the loose skin in the neck or the sagging jowls. Listed below are some of the procedures we offer to help you look as young and energetic as you feel.
Facelift
In time, gravity, sun exposure, and the stresses of daily life take their toll on our faces: deep creases appear beside the mouth, the jaw line slackens, jowls form and become prominent, and folds and fat deposits appear on the neck. Facelifts, a very common cosmetic surgery procedure, counteract these problems by removing fat and tightening and repositioning skin and muscles. Incisions are made in inconspicuous places such as behind the hairline and in natural folds of the face and ears, and scars fade in time. After surgery, some patients appear 10-15 years younger.
Mini facelift is an option for patients with mild to moderate facial laxity. This offers a more limited correction with less downtime and a faster post-operative recovery.

Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision. The procedure is performed in an outpatient setting using local with sedation anesthesia. Blepharoplasty can be combined with a facelift or brow lift procedure. Adding a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment post-operatively can raise the eyebrows and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and crow's feet.

Browlift
Browlifts, also known as forehead lifts, can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads, helping you to look less angry, sad or tired. Using either traditional or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, the soft tissues above the eyes are altered to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance. The procedure is often combined with other operations such as blepharoplasty and facelifts to improve the look of the eyes and other areas of the face. We have found in our practice that this facial surgical intervention procedure has a high satisfaction rating post-operatively.

Nose Surgery
One of the most common plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is performed to reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose, remove a hump, narrow nostril width, change the angle between the nose and the mouth, or to correct injury, birth defects, or other problems that affect breathing. Rhinoplasty is usually an outpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia and lasts two to three hours.

Lip Enhancement
Full and vivacious lips have always been recognized as aesthetically important features. Some of us, however, are born with thin, ill-defined lips, or our lips lose their fullness with age. But the appearance of our lips is now within our control. Fine lines and wrinkles, thin lips and a drooping corner of the mouth are all areas that can be aided with injectable fillers. The market is ever changing, with new products appearing rapidly.
Lip enhancement is best accomplished using a cosmetic dermal filler such as Juvéderm™ Ultra, with an added layer of Cosmoplast™ to smooth out the vertical lines radiating from the lips. BOTOX® Cosmetic in low doses can help soften the line around the lips as well. Care is individualized to provide a safe and effective treatment option.
