At Accentuate Within we believe the two most important aspects is your comfort with the procedure you are contemplating and equally as important is your comfort with Dr. Poblete and his staff. Once that has been established, the when, where and the cost of the procedure can be addressed.
During the consultation visit, the patient will receive an itemized quote detailing the professional fee, surgical fee, anesthesia fee and any additional cost relating to the specific procedure. Our goal is to keep the procedure cost as affordable as possible. We do offer affordable finance options.
Your schedule is important; we strive to assure you the date or timeframe you are requesting. Our Patient Coordinator Donna Mazzarella, RN, CPSN will assist you with scheduling the surgical procedure; when this is established, we ask for a $250 deposit to secure your date; this is deducted from the surgical fee and is not an additional fee. The balance of the procedure quote is due in full at the preoperative visit or two weeks before the operative date.
