Nancy Coleman has been in the healthcare field for over 35 years. In addition to her practice management role, she owns and operates a physician management company.

Donna Mazzarella, RN has been a nurse for over 20 years.  Previously she was a director of a hospice program and has worked in an Intensive Care Unit. Donna is also a certified Jazzercise® instructor.

Paula Koncar has been in the field of cosmetics and skin care for over 20 years; she is skilled in make up artistry and sales.

Collectively our staff has well over 50 years of healthcare experience and Dr. Poblete is proud to say that his staff has been with him for eight years since he started Accentuate Within. We have continuously provided plastic and cosmetic surgery care to our patients in northeast Ohio, delivering the personalized care they deserve.

Yearly, Accentuate Within offers patients and friends an opportunity to learn about non-surgical rejuvenation options. Representatives from each of the filler and skin care companies are available to discuss their products in a social atmosphere.  Our theme this year was "Oktoberfiesta"; over 100 people attended and took advantage of the special offers on non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments and products.

Medical insurance plans will not cover cosmetic procedures. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. Patients may be pre-approved for financing with a low-interest monthly payment plan.
