- Nancy Coleman, Practice Administrator
Nancy has been in the healthcare field for over 35 years. In addition to managing the cosmetic surgery practice, she owns and operates a physician management, PHB, based in Rocky River and Westlake.
- Donna Mazzarella, RN, CPSN, Patient Coordinator
Donna has been a nurse for over 20 years. She was a director of a hospice program at a Cleveland hospital before working in plastic surgery. She most recently received certification as a Specialized Plastic Surgery Nurse, one of the very few we have in Ohio. In addition to taking care of cosmetic surgery patients, she is a certified Jazzercise® instructor based in Westlake.
- Paula Koncar, Patient Representative
Paula has been in the field of cosmetics and skin care for over 20 years; she is skilled in make up artistry and sales.
- Nette Poblete
Nette is our Skin Health Consultant. She did her aesthetician training at the Catherine Hinds Institute in Massachusetts and has been to numerous skin health meetings and symposia.
Collectively, our staff has well over 50 years of healthcare experience and Dr. Poblete is proud to say that his staff has been with him for over 10 years. We have continuously provided plastic and cosmetic surgery care to our patients in the Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron-Sandusky area; delivering the specialized and personalized care they deserve.

Events:
The 2011 Womens' Health Event was hosted at Avon Oaks Country Club. Sponsored by Dr. J. Vicente Poblete, Dr. John Costin III, and the Cleveland Clinic Family Health and Surgery Centers in Lorain, Elyria and Avon Lake, Ohio. Patients were educated about vital women’s health issues and advances in Cleveland cosmetic surgery. A live demonstration of a Dysport treatment and a Perlane/Restylane treatment allowed guests a first-hand observation of what to expect during the procedures.
In 2010, the Womens' Health Event was hosted at the Cleveland Clinic Chestnut Commons location. Dr. J. Vicente Poblete was on-hand to provide a live injectable demonstration, as well as answer questions from the many attendees. Guests were treated to educational materials, product demonstrations, various screenings and analysis, and raffles.
Past Patient "Edu-tainment" Events
For 2009, we had our annual Skin Health Spring get-together and last November 2009, about 200 patients from all over the Cleveland area and Northeast Ohio helped us celebrate our 10th year anniversary as a cosmetic surgery practice in Avon Lake.
Raffle prizes were handed out every 10 minutes, consistent with our 10th year anniversary theme. There was a short presentation on the Smart Lipo TriPlex procedure for body sculpting and liposuction follwed by a lively discussion on patient choices on body contouring. It is important to note what Dr. Poblete mentioned that night..."thank you for your confidence and trust and for
allowing us to be a part of your lives."
As an added value service to our facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement and body contouring patients in the Avon – Avon Lake area and its surrounding communities, we hold regular patient 'education-entertainment' activities. In October 2007, we had our "Oktober-fiesta." For 2008, we had our Spring Skin Care Rejuvenation Get-together where our Obagi specialist gave a presentation to our facial rejuvenation patients; other companies represented were Allergan who gave a presentation on "Botox for Wrinkles," Medicis who presented on "restylane dermal filler for laugh lines" and Bioform introducing Radiesse as a volumizer. For Fall 2008, we had another cosmetic surgery edu-tainment event at Jax Clothing Store in Avon with the participation of Henry's at the Barn.
